Authenticate the payment using your device's biometric (e.g., fingerprint, face recognition) or a PIN. The payment will be processed, and you'll receive a confirmation on your device.

How do I make a payment on my First Mortgage loan online?

Making a payment on your mortgage is simple with the Dovenmuehle Mortgage Portal (DMI). Follow these steps to complete your payment: Step 1: Sign In Log in to Digital Banking (Desktop). Go to Transfer & Payments > 1st Mortgage Portal. Step 2: Select Payment Type Autopay – Set up recurring payments. One-Time Payment – Schedule a single payment (up to 4 days in advance). Step 3: Enter Payment Details Confirm amount, source, and date. Add extra funds (principal, escrow, or fees) if needed. Step 4: Add a Payment Source Use a saved account or enter new bank details. New accounts require NACHA validation. Step 5: Pick a Date Select the effective payment date. Step 6: Confirm & Submit Review details. Click Pay Now and agree to Terms & Conditions. Save your confirmation screen. Note: One-time payments can be scheduled up to 4 days in advance. Payments are processed throughout the day, and those submitted before 12:00 AM (Central Time) will be effective on the same day. Only one payment can be made per loan per day.

Does First Entertainment offer programs for first-time buyers?

We offer a 0% down first-time buyer program up to a purchase price of $1,250,000.  This program requires a minimum FICO score of 680.  The maximum 1st mortgage is up to $1,000,000 and maximum 2nd mortgage is up to $250,000.  We also offer other low down payment options for first time buyers with as little as 3% down. You can activate your Business Debit Card through Manage Your Cards in Digital Banking or by calling 833-285-1748 from your personal device. To activate through Digital Banking: Log in to Digital Banking on your mobile app or desktop. Go to Card Management and select Manage Your Cards. Choose the card you want to activate. Under Set Up and Activate Your Card, select Activate. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete activation. Once completed, your card will be ready for use.

To open a Money Market Savings account, follow these steps: Log in to Digital Banking. Select "Open New Deposit Account." Choose Money Market Savings Account from the options. Please note: Transfers can only be made from Checking, Savings, or Money Market accounts with sufficient available funds. Transfers from Term Savings Certificates, IRAs, or loans are not allowed.

To Check Your Money Market Account (MMA) Balance: Option 1: Digital Banking (Desktop or Mobile App) Log in to Digital Banking on your desktop or mobile app. From your Dashboard, select your Money Market Savings Account to view your current balance and transaction history. Note: You may notice a $2,500 difference between your available balance and account balance. This is because Money Market Accounts require a $2,500 minimum balance. Yes, You Can Fill Out a Dispute Form Online — Here’s How: Log in to Digital Banking. Navigate to More Services. Select Submit a Dispute. Choose the account where the transaction was posted. Select the Transaction Method you wish to dispute. Complete the form and submit. Reminder: If you suspect fraudulent activity on your Debit Card, go to Card Management and block your card immediately. For Credit Card disputes: Go to Card Management and select Dispute a Credit Card Transaction. If you believe your account has been compromised, please call us right away at 888-800-3328.

How do I report fraudulent activity with my Debit card?

If you see a debit card charge that has already cleared your account and looks fraudulent, here’s how to dispute it: Option 1: Dispute the Charge in Digital Banking (Mobile or Desktop) Log in to Digital Banking. Go to More Services. Select Submit a Dispute. Pick the account and choose Dispute a Charge. Under Transaction Method, select Debit Card. Follow the prompts and fill out the required details.         Note: Pending transactions can’t be disputed until they’ve cleared your account. To schedule an appointment, please Click here to book an appointment. To modify an appointment (reschedule or cancel), please follow these steps: Locate the appointment confirmation email and/or text message that was sent upon appointment booking. If referencing the email confirmation, select "Manage Appointment". If referencing the text message confirmation, select link contained within the text message. Select either "Reschedule Appointment" or "Cancel Appointment". If rescheduling appointment, this selection will display the calendar to re-select an appropriate date and time. If cancelling appointment, this selection will prompt a confirmation box to either "Keep" or proceed and "Cancel Appointment". Upon final selection of "Cancel Appointment", appointment will be canceled.
