We offer a 0% down first-time buyer program up to a purchase price of $1,250,000. This program requires a minimum FICO score of 680. The maximum 1st mortgage is up to $1,000,000 and maximum 2nd mortgage is up to $250,000. We also offer other low down payment options for first time buyers with as little as 3% down.
