To access the Financial Health Survey, follow the steps below:
Desktop:
- Navigate to firstent.org.
- Log in to Digital Banking.
- Under "More Services," select "Assess My Financial Health."
- Select the "Financial Health Survey" and fill in the requested information.
- Log in to the FirstEnt Mobile App.
- Click on the "More Widget."
- Select "More Services," and then choose "View Spending Report."
- Click on the "Financial Health" tab and fill in the requested information.

- What is the Financial Wellness Center? It’s a digital hub providing personalized financial education to help our members improve their knowledge on financial topics, including retirement planning, budgeting, buying their first auto or home, and more.
- Is it replacing GreenPath?
- When and where can members access it? Members can explore the Financial Wellness Center 24/7 through our public website under Personal>Financial Education
- How does it help members? The Financial Wellness Center offers interactive tools, articles, and insights to support smarter financial decisions—whether budgeting, improving credit, or planning for the future.
- How does it help Select Employee Groups (SEGs)?
Members who need education and assistance with budgeting and debt management can be referred to GreenPath Financial Wellness, a non-profit organization which provides comprehensive financial coaching, financial education, and money management tools to our members. GreenPath can assist Members with the following:
- Debt management plans to repay your debt in FULL (NOT debt settlement).
- Personal and family budgeting.
- Housing counseling.
- Student loan debt counseling.
- Credit report coaching – how to read it and improve your credit score.
- Assists our Members to avoid bankruptcy, foreclosure, and repossession.
- Plus much more!
A financial health check-up can be scheduled through Digital Banking.
- Click More Services on the tool bar at the top.
- Select Access my Financial Health.
- Click Start Here
Once you receive your score, you’ll receive information that you can act on to improve your financial health. You can also visit our First Entertainment's Financial Education Center, which contains additional information that can help you learn how to manage money, avoid financial dangers, and more.
Everyone should take the test to understand where they are at in regards to spending, saving, borrowing, and planning. It is particularly beneficial for people that are having difficulty with any of these four indicators of financial health.
The Financial Health Survey looks at all aspects of your current financial habits when it comes to saving, spending, borrowing, and planning. Upon completion of the survey, you will receive your FinHealth Score®, which is used to provide you with tailored guidance on ways to improve your financial health.
