To access the Financial Health Survey, follow the steps below:

Desktop:

1. Navigate to firstent.org.
2. Log in to Digital Banking.
3. Under “More Services,” select “Assess My Financial Health.”
4. Select the “Financial Health Survey” and fill in the requested information.

Mobile:

1. Log in to the FirstEnt Mobile App.
2. Click on the “More Widget.”
3. Select “More Services,” and then choose “View Spending Report.”
4. Click on the “Financial Health” tab and fill in the requested information.
