Can I fill out a dispute form online?

Yes, You Can Fill Out a Dispute Form Online — Here’s How:

  1. Log in to Digital Banking.
  2. Navigate to More Services.
  3. Select Submit a Dispute.
  4. Choose the account where the transaction was posted.
  5. Select the Transaction Method you wish to dispute.
  6. Complete the form and submit.

Reminder: If you suspect fraudulent activity on your Debit Card, go to Card Management and block your card immediately.

For Credit Card disputes:
Go to Card Management and select Dispute a Credit Card Transaction.
