Digital Banking: You can modify your ATM or daily card usage limits via Digital Banking.
  1. Log in to Digital Banking.
  2. Select the 'Card Management' option.
  3. Choose 'Manage your cards.'
  4. Select the appropriate debit card.
  5. Choose 'Daily Limits.'
  6. Adjust your maximum daily spending and ATM withdrawal limits.
Mobile Banking: To modify your ATM or daily card usage limits using Mobile Banking:
  1. Log in to Mobile Banking.
  2. Select 'More.'
  3. Choose the 'Card Management' option.
  4. Select 'Manage your cards.'
  5. Choose the appropriate debit card.
  6. Select 'Daily Limits.'
There are various ways you can report a Card lost or stolen.
  • You can report a Debit Card as lost or stolen by calling 800-544-7716
  • Visit any of our First Entertainment branch locations to report a lost or stolen debit card.
  • Report your debit card as lost or stolen online
You have two options to report a lost or stolen debit card online. Either through Digital Banking or Mobile App. Digital Banking Option:
  1. Login to Digital Banking and select Card Management.
  2. Select 'Card Management.'
  3. Click on 'Manage your cards.'
  4. Choose the card you want to block.
Mobile Banking Option:
  1. Login to Mobile Banking.
  2. Click on 'More Services.'
  3. Select 'Card Management.'
  4. Click on 'Manage your cards.'
  5. Choose the card you want to block.
Members should add Travel Notices to their cards within Digital Banking by following these simple steps:
  1. Log in to Digital Banking via our Desktop site or Mobile App.
  2. Click Card Management .
  3. Click Manage Your Cards.
  4. Select the card you would like to update.
  5. Select Travel Notices.
  6. Enter a Start Date and End Date under Add New Travel Notice.
  7. Specify your Destination:
    • Domestic or International
    • State or Country
  8. Then click Save.
Members who do not have Digital Banking may also contact us directly.
You may block your Debit card by logging into your account through Digital Banking or through our Mobile App. Via Digital Banking:
  1. Login to Digital Banking or our Mobile App
  2. Under Card Management
  3. Select Manage My cards
  4. Choose the card you want to block
You may set up the PIN for your new debit card or change the PIN for your Debit card in one of the following ways:
  • Option 1. It can be re-encoded with a new PIN by bringing your card into any of our branches.
  • Option 2. You may call 833-285-1748 to reset the PIN.  You must call from a telephone number on file with First Entertainment.  You will need to enter your full debit card number, full Social Security Number, expiration date and CVV number on the card.
  • Option 3. If you prefer to be reminded of the current PIN, please call us at 888-800-3328.  The PIN will be ordered and mailed to you.
To order a replacement card, please visit one of our financial center locations or via digital banking. To order a replacement card, via digital banking please follow the below steps:
  1. Log in to Digital Banking via our Desktop site or Mobile App
  2. Under Card Management, select Manage my cards
  3. Select Card replacement options (Lost/Stolen)
  4. Click Report Card Lost
Your replacement card will arrive between five (5) to seven (7) business days at the address on file
Yes! Mobile Deposit is available on business accounts.
  1. Login into the First Entertainment Mobile App
  2. Tap "Deposit" located at the bottom of the screen
  3. Follow Instructions on the screen to process the mobile deposit

Credit Cards

In order to set or change your credit card Personal Identification Number (PIN), simply call 888.886.0083 and follow the prompts.  
​​You can apply for a First Entertainment Visa Platinum Business Credit Card using any of the following options listed below:

You can order past credit card statements through Digital Banking, by following these steps:
  1. Log onto your account
  2. Click More from the toolbar
  3. Select Card Management
  4. Select View Credit Card Statements
  5. Click Order Statement Copies
You may also call 866.820.6313 to order past credit card statement copies.

You can make your credit card payment(s) through Digital Banking as follows:
From a First Entertainment Checking or Savings account:
Desktop:
  1. Log in to your Digital Banking via desktop.
  2. On your Dashboard, click the “PAY” icon on the credit card you wish to make a payment to.
  3.  On the Transfers page, select the First Entertainment Checking or Savings account you wish to pay from.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay and when. You can pay your current balance, statement balance, minimum due or other amount.
Mobile App
  1. Log in to your Digital Banking via the mobile app.
  2. On your Dashboard, select the Credit Card account you wish to make a payment to.
  3. Then click on the "Pay” icon .
  4.  On the Transfers page, select the First Entertainment Checking or Savings account you wish to pay from.
  5. Enter the amount you wish to pay and when. You can pay your current balance, statement balance, minimum due or other amount.
From a non-First Entertainment Checking or Savings account:
  1. Log in to Digital Banking via desktop or the mobile app.
  2. Under “Card Management" select “View Credit Card“
  3. Select the “Make Payment” option
  4. You can then “Choose a Payment Account” (external or internal) or
  5. Select the “Edit” button to change or add a new account to pay from
  6. Enter the amount you wish to pay and when. You can pay your current balance, statement balance, minimum due or other amount.
  7. You can also enroll in “Automatic Payments” by selecting the “ENROLL” option next to “Automatic Payments” on this page.
