When we first established an online presence, our goal was simple: To provide members an easy, more convenient way to obtain information, monitor, and manage their account. But, as the digital landscape transforms, so do our efforts to offer greater account access while delivering a straightforward, seamless, and consistent experience whether you’re using our Mobile Banking App or desktop Digital Banking platform.

  • Getting Started: A Step-by-Step Guide

    Don't worry, it's pretty easy

    1. Enter your current username.
    2. Enter your Member Number.
      (You can find your member number on a check or paper statements 2019 or older only. Find your account number at the bottom of your Firstent Checkbook. Your account number starts after the string of zeroes and ends before the last "8" in the series of numbers. As with this example: 10000012345801, the account number would be 12345. Most common number of digits for an account number is six. However, some members may have four or five digits.)

    3. Enter the Primary Member’s Social Security Number. For Business Accounts, this will be the TIN/EIN number and Business Established Date.
    4. To protect you from fraudulent activity, you will receive a security code either by text, email, or phone, whichever is most convenient for you for verification purposes.
    5. Set up a new password to keep your account secure. Take advantage of our new password strength indicator to ensure your account remains safe from potential unauthorized use.
    6. Once you’ve logged in, we recommend you setting up your alerts and notifications on our new Digital Banking platform soon thereafter because your current ones will not carry over. But, the good news is that our new notifications and alerts can be provided via text or email, whichever is best for you.
    7. And finally, our new Digital Banking experience offers first-class security with 2-factor authentication. To activate, click Security tab in Settings.

  • eDocs: Cut down on clutter with eDocs. Enroll using Digital Banking and view your statements, tax documents, and other important notices anytime, anywhere.
  • Savings Goals: Set personal savings goals with manageable, attainable targets to help you save for that new car, home, and more by breaking down your goals down into a few categories, tracking them as you go.
  • View Spending Activity: This transactions snapshot helps keep spending in check so you can make smarter decisions and achieve your financial goals faster.
  • Pay Bills: Save time when you sign up for online Bill Pay and manage all your monthly expenses in one place.
  • Mortgage Portal: Access detailed information for your 1st Mortgage.
  • Business Banking Features: Multi-user access for your employees, reports, alerts, plus ACH and QuickBooks® Online Express Web Connect.
