FAQs

Both members and prospective members can apply online. You can also apply by chatting with us or making an appointment for more personal assistance with the application process.

There are two easy ways for you to activate your credit card:

  1. Login to Digital Banking
  2. Click on “Card Management” and then “Manage Your Cards”
  3. Select the credit card in your profile that needs activating and simply click the “Activate” button to activate.

You can also call 800.631.3197 to activate your card.

You can make your credit card payment(s) through Digital Banking as follows:
From a First Entertainment Checking or Savings account:

  1. Log in to Digital Banking.
  2. On your Dashboard, select the “Pay” icon on the credit card you wish to make a payment to.
  3. On the Transfers page, select the First Entertainment Checking or Savings account you wish to pay from
  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay and when. You can pay your current balance, statement balance, minimum due or other amount.

From a non-First Entertainment Checking or Savings account:

  1. Log in to Digital Banking.
  2. On your Dashboard, select “Card Management“
  3. Then select “View Credit Card“
  4. Select the “Make Payment” option
  5. You can then “Choose a Payment Account” (external or internal) or
  6. Select the “Edit” button to change or add a new account to pay from
  7. Enter the amount you wish to pay and when. You can pay your current balance, statement balance, minimum due or other amount.
  8. You can also enroll in “Automatic Payments” by selecting the “ENROLL” option next to “Automatic Payments” on this page.

You can perform a credit card balance transfer a few different ways.

In Digital Banking:

  1. Go to “Card Management”
  2. Select “Manage Your Cards” and select the card to balance transfer to.
  3. Click on “Manage Card“
  4. Once on the Card Managerpage, select the balance transfer
  5. Enter your balance transfer request with the following information:
    • Card Issuer Name
    • Account Number (as it appears on your bill)
    • Account Payment Mailing Address (the address of the card you wish to transfer from)
    • Transfer Amount
  6. Read the Disclosure and check the “I Agree” box.
  7. Click “Submit“.

Your credit card payment is due no later than the 4th day of each month. We will not charge you interest on purchases if you pay your entire statement balance in full by the due date each month.

After the introductory rate period ends, your APR for purchases and balance transfers will be 18.49% to 26.65%, based on your creditworthiness. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate, as published in the Wall Street Journal. A 3% Balance Transfer fee will apply to each Balance Transfer transaction. For each dollar of Qualifying Purchases charged to your Rewards Account, you will be awarded Points Rewards (“Point” or “Points”) that will accumulate until they are redeemed, forfeited, expired, or suspended. Merchants who accept Visa credit cards are assigned a merchant code, which is determined by the merchant or its processor in accordance with Visa procedures, based on the kinds of products and services they primarily sell. We group similar merchant codes into categories for the purposes of making rewards offers to you. Please note: We make every effort to include all relevant merchant codes in our rewards categories. While a merchant, or some of the items that the merchant sells, may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won’t qualify for rewards offers on purchases in that category. Purchases submitted by you, an authorized user, or the merchant through third-party payment accounts, mobile or wireless card readers, online or mobile digital wallets, or similar technology will not qualify in a rewards category if the technology is not set up to process the purchase in that rewards category. For purchases made where the merchant code and/or category is identified as travel, dining, entertainment, or grocery, you will earn two (2) Points per one dollar ($1.00) spent. For purchases made in all other merchant categories, you will earn one (1) Point per one dollar ($1.00) spent. Purchase amounts and Point accruals are subject to rounding for simplicity.
