2026 Annual Election and Meeting

Notice of Annual Election and Meeting

The Annual Membership Meeting and Elections for First Entertainment Credit Union will be held at 6 p.m. (PST), Thursday, April 23, 2026, at our headquarters on Forest Lawn Drive. Up for election this year are four (4) positions on the Board of Directors and three (3) Supervisory Committee positions, each serving a three-year term.

Nominations for all open positions must be submitted by petition. Eligible petition signers must be individual members in good standing with First Entertainment Credit Union, at least 18 years of age. Each petition must be signed within 11 months prior to the Annual Meeting by a minimum of 500 members.

Completed petitions must be delivered or postmarked no later than March 2, 2026 to:

If there is only one nominee for each position, the election will not be conducted by ballot, and no nominations will be accepted from the floor. Each member is entitled to one vote.

Important Notice Regarding Proxy Use
If you have appointed the credit union’s board to act as your representative through a current, unrevoked proxy, that proxy will be voted by the board’s authorized designee at member meetings on Director and Supervisory Committee elections, amendments to the Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, and other proper business. You may revoke your proxy by submitting a new proxy or in writing, and you may withdraw it at any meeting you attend in person.
