First Entertainment’s Annual Membership Meeting and Elections will be held at 6 p.m. (PST), Thursday, April 24, 2025, in a conference room at our headquarters on Forest Lawn Dr. Up for election this year are four (4) positions on the Board of Directors, each with a three-year term. Also, up for election are two (2) Supervisory Committee positions, each with a three-year term.

Nominations for all open positions must be made by petition. All eligible signers of the petition must be individuals, members in good standing with First Entertainment Credit Union, and at least 18 years of age. Such petitions must be signed within 11 months prior to the Annual Meeting by at least 500 members.

Petitions must be delivered (or postmarked) to the Credit Union, Attn: Nominating Committee, P.O. Box 100, Hollywood, CA 90078-0100, no later than March 1, 2025. If there is only one nominee for each position to be filled, the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor. Only one vote per member is permitted.

Important Notice Regarding Proxy Use

If you have appointed the Credit Union’s Board to act as your representative by means of a current, unrevoked proxy, the proxy will be voted by the Board’s authorized designee at member meetings on Director and Supervisory Committee elections, amendments to the Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, as well as such other proper business as may come before such meetings. Your proxy may be revoked by a subsequent proxy, or otherwise in writing. You may also withdraw your proxy from any meeting you attend in person.
