What is the key to finding success in the entertainment industry?

Be a perfectionist. Many times, opportunities arose for me and I would be placed on projects because word got around that I was a master at my craft. You have to take pride in your work and take the initiative to be your best each day.

What inspired you to become a Hollywood grip?

My father. He was in the industry, and what started as something to follow in his footsteps, by continuing his legacy, ended in me finding my unique path. I was further inspired by the opportunities this industry brings, and making my family proud.
