Preferred Cash Visa Rewards Program Rules, Terms, and Conditions

¹ APR = Annual Percentage Rate. 0.00% Introductory APR for twelve (12) months from the date of account opening applies to purchases completed within ninety (90) days of account opening.  0.00% Introductory APR for (twelve) 12 months from the date of balance transfer when balance transfers are completed within ninety (90) days of account opening. After that, your APR will be 15.49% to 23.15%, based on your creditworthiness. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate, as published in the Wall Street Journal. A 3% Balance Transfer fee will apply to each Balance Transfer transaction. Additional fees and charges may apply. All loans subject to credit approval. ² Program has an introductory bonus reward offer available to new accounts only. New Accounts will receive a one-time, one-hundred-dollar ($100.00) statement credit. To qualify and receive your bonus, you must make Qualifying Purchases totaling one thousand dollars ($1,000) or more during the first ninety (90) days from account opening. After qualifying, please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for bonus to post to your account. Bonus will be paid as a statement credit to the Account. To be eligible for this bonus offer, Account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment.
