How to Retrieve Your Username
Getting back into your account is simple. Provide a few details, click through the process and you’ll be back to managing your finances in no time. Follow the steps below.
- Go to the Login Page: On the digital banking login screen, click “Forgot Username”.
- Select “Find My Personal Username”: Choose the option labeled “Find My Personal Username” to begin the recovery process.
- Verify Your Identity: Enter the following details to confirm your identity:
- Your Social Security Number (SSN)
- Your Account or Member Number
- Your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Click “Continue” when you’re done.
- Choose a Recovery Method: Select how you’d like to receive your verification code:
- Text Message (SMS)
- Voice call
Click “Continue” to proceed.
- Enter the Verification Code: Check your phone or email for the verification code. Enter the code in the provided field and click “Verify”.
- Retrieve Your Username:
- If your information is correct, your username will appear on the screen.
