How to Reset Your Password
Follow these simple steps to securely reset your password and regain access.
- Go to the Login Page: On the digital banking login screen, click “Forgot Password”.
- Select “Reset My Password”: Choose the “Reset my password” option to start the recovery process.
- Verify Your Identity: Enter the following details to confirm your identity:
- Your Username
- Your Social Security Number (SSN)
- Your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Your Member Number
Click “Continue” to proceed.
- Choose a Recovery Method: Select how you’d like to receive your verification code:
- Text Message (SMS)
- Voice call
Click “Continue” to move forward.
- Enter the Verification Code: Check your phone or email for the verification code. Enter the code in the provided field in digital banking and click “Verify”.
- Create a New Password:
- Enter your new password in the “Password” box.
- Confirm by typing it again in the “Confirm Password” box.
- Click “Login” to finalize the reset and access your account.
