To apply for a Second Mortgage (Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or Home Equity Fixed Loan), please follow the steps below.

  1. You can apply online by going to firstent.org 
  2. Select Personal
  3. Click Home Loans under (Credit Cards and Loans Column)
  4. Click on “Tap Into Equity”
  5. Click on “Apply Now”
