Yes, You Can Fill Out a Dispute Form Online — Here’s How:
- Log in to Digital Banking.
- Navigate to More Services.
- Select Submit a Dispute.
- Choose the account where the transaction was posted.
- Select the Transaction Method you wish to dispute.
- Complete the form and submit.
Reminder: If you suspect fraudulent activity on your Debit Card, go to Card Management and block your card immediately.
For Credit Card disputes:
Go to Card Management and select Dispute a Credit Card Transaction.
