All purchases using Samsung Pay1 are authenticated by your fingerprint, pin number, or iris scan along with added layers of security like Samsung Knox and tokenization.
Setting up
Find the app pre-installed on your phone or download it from Google Play. Sign into your Samsung account or create a new account.
To lock down security, follow these steps:
- From the home screen, touch the Samsung Pay App (a short introduction video will play the first time you open Samsung Pay).
- Touch “Start” to continue.
- Touch “Use Fingerprint” to assign fingerprint as the verification method (you can also add a four-digit PIN).
Enter Your Card Details
Select “Add Card.” Align your First Entertainment Credit or Debit Card inside the frame to automatically capture the card number and expiration date. Next, if requested, enter your billing address and save.
Verify Your Identity
You’ll be prompted to call us at 888.800.3328 to verify your identity. Following successful verification, your card will be ready to use.
