How does First Entertainment and Media Benefits Corporation protect my personal information?

Where appropriate, we use security encoding techniques to protect against unauthorized access to personal records, ensure accuracy and integrity of data, and protect your confidentiality.

How does First Entertainment and Media Benefits Corporation collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

• open an account or apply for a loan
• use your debit or credit card or make deposits or withdrawals from your account
• provide employment information

• sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes-information about your creditworthiness
• affiliates from using your information to market to you
• sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

• First Entertainment and Media Benefits Corporation does not share with our affiliates.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

• First Entertainment and Media Benefits Corporation does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

• Our joint marketing partners include insurance companies.

If you are a California resident, California state law gives you additional rights to limit information sharing even if such sharing is otherwise permitted under federal law. With respect to California residents, First Entertainment Credit Union and Media Benefits Corporation allow you to limit our sharing your personal information under a joint marketing agreement with joint marketing partners.
