When is a member considered delinquent on his/her consumer loan payment?

For most First Entertainment consumer loans, you have a 15-day grace period to make your payment without a late fee. However, some loans have a 10-day grace period. Please check your loan agreement for the specific details of your loan.

If your payment is not received by the due date you may be considered late, to avoid a late fee payment should be made within the grace period. To help you stay on track, we may reach out with reminders before any fees are assessed.

If you think your payment might be late, please call us at 888.800.3328, as soon as possible. Our team is here to help!
