Once I payoff my vehicle loan, how do I get the title?

If the credit union holds an electronic title(paperless) the title will arrive directly from the Department of Motor Vehicle within 2-4 weeks.

If the credit union holds a paper title, a paper title will be forwarded to you within 2 – 4 weeks. Please be sure to contact the Department of Motor Vehicle at your earliest convenience to remove First Entertainment Credit Union as the legal owner.

Note: Please make sure the credit union and Department of Motor Vehicles has your most up-to-date address for the vehicle title to be sent from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
