Is there a charge for using my debit card in a foreign country?

We do not charge a foreign transaction fee for using your debit card in a foreign country to make a purchase or withdraw cash from an ATM.

We do charge an out-of-network fee for ATM withdrawals. However, with $1,000 or more in direct deposits per month into a Value Checking account, you’ll get up to $15/month in ATM surcharge fee rebates when using non-First Entertainment ATMs
