Message Center: Members can send a message through their online banking to request a joint to be removed from their membership. Please ensure that the form is signed by both parties, notarized, and then returned via Message Center, along with copies of both parties’ current IDs.
In Branch: Click here to Book an Appointment to skip the line. Please be aware that both the primary member and the joint member being removed must be present in person and provide their current IDs.
*NOTE: When a joint is being removed, any direct deposits or debits that the joint had must be updated, since they are no longer on the membership, and do not have access to these funds.
