You can place a stop payment on a cashier’s check through Digital Banking, the First Entertainment mobile app, or by contacting us directly. Stop payments are only available for checks that are lost, stolen, or destroyed, and a fee may apply.
Place a Stop Payment in Digital Banking
- Log in to Digital Banking.
- Select More Services.
- Click Submit a Dispute.
- Choose your account and select Dispute a Charge.
- Under Transaction Method, select Stop Payment – Cashier’s Check.
- Select your account type.
- Enter a detailed description of your request.
- Review the claim information and select the reason.
- Agree to disclosures.
- Add the transaction and enter the check number.
- Review and eSign.
- Complete the questionnaire and upload any required documents.
Place a Stop Payment in the Mobile App
- Log in to the First Entertainment Mobile App.
- Tap More, then select More Services.
- Tap Submit a Dispute.
- Select your account and tap Dispute a Charge.
- Under Transaction Method, choose Stop Payment – Cashier’s Check.
- Select your account type.
- Enter a detailed description.
- Review and select the reason.
- Agree to disclosures.
- Add the transaction and enter the check number.
- Review and eSign.
- Complete the questionnaire and upload any documents.
