How do I dispute a credit card charge or report fraudulent or unauthorized credit card activity?
Please follow the steps below:
- Login to Digital Banking
- Under “Card Management” select “View Credit Card”
- In your list of posted card transactions, find the transaction you wish to report an issue on
- Use the drop-down arrow to the right of the transaction in question
- Select “Report an Issue” button
- Follow the steps to report the dispute or call us at 888.800.3328 for further assistance.
Please keep in mind that a dispute can take up to 12 weeks to resolve.
