How to Deactivate Touch ID
- Open the Firstent app and log in to your account.
- Under More Services, select Settings and select Biometrics from the menu.
- Toggle the switch left to turn off Touch ID.
Alternatively:
You can also disable Touch ID using Apple’s Find My iPhone feature.
Note: This will turn off Touch ID for your entire device and any app that uses it.
