Do we allow members to take cash advances by phone?

You can easily complete a cash advance through Digital Banking. Please note, cash advances are not available by phone.

How to complete a cash advance:

  1. Log in to your Digital Banking account.
  2. Navigate to either:
    • Transfers & Pay → select “Transfer Money & Make Payments”
    • Card Management → select “Cash Advance”
  3. From the “From Account” drop-down, select the credit card you’re withdrawing funds from.
  4. From the “To Account” drop-down, select the checking account you’d like the funds deposited to.
  5. Review the fee notice.
  6. Review the transfer details and submit.

Important:

  • Funds are available in your checking account immediately.
  • The cash advance will post to your credit card within 1–2 business days.
