First Entertainment Credit Union Announces Two New Senior Leaders

First Entertainment Credit Union announces two new promotions to its senior leadership team consisting of the Vice President of Member Experience and Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Data. These promotions place an emphasis on improving the member experience while aiding the credit union with its new strategic initiatives.

Lisa Rauda-Cook, Vice President of Member Experience Center

An effective manager with a background in strategic planning and analysis, Lisa Rauda-Cook will oversee the credit union’s contact center operations, service and sales activities. Rauda-Cook has been instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and providing innovative solutions for First Entertainment for the past 10 years.

Paul Partida, Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Data

Paul Partida will become First Entertainment’s Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Data. He will be responsible for leading the credit union’s software development and business intelligence teams. Partida will also lead the core data architecture and integration processes for First Entertainment as well as implement technology decisions for the credit union’s corporate projects and initiatives.
