First Entertainment Credit Union Announces Key Executive Appointments

First Entertainment names Addie Allison as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Mag Wangsuwana as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (October 16, 2025) – First Entertainment Credit Union, the premier financial partner for creators and workers in the entertainment industry, today announced two executive leadership appointments designed to accelerate innovation, deepen organizational alignment, and elevate the member experience. Addie Allison has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Mag Wangsuwana has joined the organization as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

“With the elevation of Addie and the addition of Mag to our leadership team, we’re in a stronger position to meet our community’s needs today and in the future,” said Stephen Owen, President and CEO of First Entertainment Credit Union. “Addie and Mag bring a powerful combination of strategic insight and operational excellence that positions us for long-term success and will elevate the member experience.”

As Executive Vice President and COO, Allison will lead strategic direction and operational management across key functions, including member experience, retail, lending, card services, fraud operations, enterprise risk management, and compliance. Her leadership drives innovation to foster organizational alignment and operational excellence. A veteran leader with more than 30 years in the credit union industry, Allison joined First Entertainment in 2014 as Vice President of Finance and Accounting and has since played a pivotal role in advancing the credit union’s mission and performance. In her new role, she partners closely with the CEO and leadership teams to execute multi‑year initiatives that fuel growth, profitability, and long‑term sustainability. She also reports to the Board of Directors on operational progress, advises leaders on infrastructure, leads risk management efforts, and drives profitability through targeted cost initiatives.

“I’m honored to be able to support our incredible members in their financial journeys in this expanded role,” said Allison. “Our mission to support the creative community is more important than ever, and I’m excited to help lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact.”

As Senior Vice President and CFO, Wangsuwana will serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, guiding the organization’s financial strategy to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. He’ll oversee accounting, treasury, and financial controls; lead the development of the multi‑year business plan; and direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to the executive team and Board of Directors. Wangsuwana will also partner with legal, tax, and accounting stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory environments; implement best practices in financial systems and internal controls; and build a high‑performing finance and accounting team aligned to the organization’s goals.

“I’m excited to join First Entertainment Credit Union and contribute to an organization that truly champions the creative community from movies to content creators and more,” said Wangsuwana. “I look forward to collaborating with this exceptional team to strengthen our financial strategies and support the credit union’s vision for sustainable growth.”
