We Have the Right Checking for You
A checking account at First Entertainment offers all the benefits of big bank checking, including many cost-saving, convenient features. Plus, every First Entertainment Checking Account offers you the security of the EMV® Chip-Secured Visa® Debit Card. Each time you use your EMV Chip-Secured Debit Card at enabled terminals, the embedded chip generates a unique transaction code, offering an unprecedented level of security that prevents stolen data from being fraudulently used.

- How to Locate Checking Account Information
If you're looking to establish Direct Deposit, Automatic Loan Payments or Transfers, or just want to reorder checks, it is important to provide the correct account information.
No checks? No problem. You can get the information from Digital Banking.
- Login to your account
- Select Checking Account from your Account Dashboard screen
- Click the Details tab
- Write down all 14-digits listed on the ELECTRONIC ACCOUNT NUMBER line
- Running low on checks and need to reorder?
- The first nine (9) digits (at the bottom, starting from left) are the Credit Union's Routing Number.
- The second set of 14-digits beginning with "1" is your Account Number. You must provide the individual/company the entire number, including the correct number of zeros.
- The last group of digits is the Check Number which is not part of the Account Number.
* Value Checking Account. To avoid a monthly service fee, the account must be signed up for eStatements only. For fee information, please refer to our current Schedule of Account Fees and Charges. No dividends are paid on this account.
** Advantage Checking. The annual Percentage Yield (APY) is 0.10%. APY is based on the assumption that dividends remain on deposit for the entire dividend period. A minimum daily checking account balance of $1,000 or a combined minimum daily balance of $4,000 among all credit union accounts is required to avoid a monthly service fee. For fee information, please refer to our current Schedule of Account Fees and Charges.
† Teen Checking Account. For minors between 13-17 years of age. Joint Tenants must qualify for an Advantage or Value Checking Account in their own right. If the Joint Tenant has a First Entertainment Checking Account, it must be maintained in good standing. Teen Checking Accounts have a minimum opening deposit of $1.00, do not earn dividends, and have no minimum balance requirement.
†† If you order carbonless checks, you can even automatically write a non-negotiable duplicate of every check you issue. You'll have an accurate, permanent record of all your transactions. To help offset our "no-per-check charges" feature, original checks are not returned with your monthly statement, but you are able to both view and print your canceled checks online via Digital Banking or your Firstent Mobile App.
