Is there a pre-payment penalty on Real Estate loans?

No, 1st and 2nd mortgages may be paid off at any time without a penalty.

However, when a loan is paid off,  there are the following fees.

  • $95.00 County Recording Fee
  • $45.00 Reconveyance Fee
  • $30.00 Demand Fee
