Update Mailing Address/Email Address

Maintaining updated contact information is an important step in keeping member information secure. Please take a moment to update your mailing address and email address.

Here's how you can update your contact information!

• Call our Call Center at 888.800.3328 during regular business hours
• Visit any of our branches during regular business hours
• Log onto Digital Banking:
  • Click "Profile" at the top of the screen
    • To update your Email address, click the "Edit" option next to Primary Contact Info, then enter the new Email address, and click save
    • You may add an additional email address under Backup Contact Info
    • To update your mailing address, click the "Edit" option next to Home Address Info, then enter the new mailing address and click save
• Log onto the Mobile App:
  • Click the Menu button in the upper left-hand side of the screen
    • Click "My Profile & Settings," then click "Update My Profile"
      • To update your Email address and/or Backup Email, click on "Email," input the current email address(es), and then click Submit
      • To update your mailing address, click on "Home Address," enter the new mailing address, and then click Submit
