Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance
Medical and dental insurance are available to eligible employees and vision insurance is available to eligible employees at no cost. Spouse and/or dependents can be added for a small amount each month.

- Paid Time Off*
Based upon length of employment, employees may accrue up to a generous six (6) weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year. Non-exempt employees accrue paid time off according to credit union policy. A portion of unused paid time off can be paid out twice a year as designated by the Credit Union.*Paid Holidays – Employees are paid for ten (10) federal holidays throughout the year. Part-time employees are eligible for paid holidays if they are scheduled to work on that day.
- Other Time Off
Paid jury duty for full and part-time employees required to serve jury time, up to a maximum of 5 days per calendar year. Leaves of absence for medical and family reasons as approved in accordance with federal and state law. Part-time employees are also eligible for this benefit.
- Education Reimbursement
First Entertainment will reimburse employees up to the annual maximum for tuition and materials for pre-approved courses, after a passing grade of 'C' or better is submitted. Part-time employees are also eligible for this benefit.
- Training and Development
All employees are eligible to develop themselves at their own pace using the Credit Union’s learning management system – an online educational experience. First Entertainment also offers in-house classes on a variety of topics and if needed outside training and development can be authorized. We support continuous employee training to help improve skills, abilities and knowledge.
- Eligibility to Join First Entertainment
Employees are eligible to become members of First Entertainment, and certain fees are waived. Upon joining, employees' family members are also eligible for membership.
- Defined Contribution Retirement Plan
First Entertainment offers both a Defined Contribution Plan for eligible full and part-time employees that consists of a 401(k) Program with an employer match, full vesting after three (3) years employment and an additional discretionary contribution at the end of the year.
- Employee Events
Employees are welcome to participate in annual events such as the Annual Staff Development Day, Staff Appreciation Event, and December Holiday Breakfast.
- Other Benefits
Retention of frequent flyer miles for personal use. Gym reimbursement. Reasonable expenses paid for business travel with approval. Membership dues for professional associations may be paid if related to work.
