Our Member Service Officers can assist with account opening, help you explore which products and services best fit your financial goals, so you can easily take control of your finances!

 

What can we help you with?

Branches walk-ins are welcome but for your convenience, you can easily make an appointment, so you never have to leave the comfort and safety of your home. In-person appointments are available and limited (in adherence with current COVID-19 social distancing guidelines) at the following locations:

Everyone's safety remains our top priority. Before you visit, you should know:

  • Appointments are available Monday-Friday from 9:30am-4:00pm.
  • We maintain strict sanitizing protocols within in the branch and the Corporate Office building.
  • All members and employees must wear a facemask or face-covering while visiting the branch. You will be asked to remove your mask briefly for security and/or identification purposes.
  • In adherence to social distancing recommendations, we are limiting the total number of individuals allowed inside the branch at one time. Individuals not conducting credit union business, or providing assistance to those who are, will not be permitted to enter.
  • Upon arrival, we ask that you remain outside the branch (either in or next to your vehicle). We will call you at your scheduled time at the number you provided when the appointment was scheduled.
  • Please be on time. Most appointments are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes. If you miss your appointment, you will need to reschedule.

To further protect yourself and others:

  • Do not enter if you are sick, reside with someone who is sick, or feel sick/exhibiting symptoms.
  • Do not enter if you or someone you live with has tested positive for SARS-COV2 (coronavirus).
