    We have switched from the "widget" navigation to a more traditional horizontal, tab navigation - making it easier than ever to find what you need!

     

    New Accounts & eDocs Navigation

    Under the Accounts & eDocs tab, you can access accounts, statements, documents, and the 1st Mortgage Portal.

    • View my Accounts: Find your transaction history, view electronic account number & routing number for ACH direct deposit and direct payments,  tax information, and view your spending by category under the analytics tab.
    • See Statements and Documents: View eStatements, eNotices, and Tax Forms.
    • Access to Mortgage Portal: View payment options, loan details, statements such as escrow analysis and your year-end 1098, request a payoff statement, sign up on eStatements for your Mortgage, and set up one-time or recurring payments via ACH.

     

    New Transfer & Pay Navigation

    Seamlessly move funds between internal and external accounts, send money with Zelle®, withdraw a check, initiate domestic and international wire transfers, pay bills, and access the credit card portal.

    • Transfer Money and Make Payments: Move money between your accounts internally & externally (via ACH), make loan payments, transfer to other First Entertainment Members, view your scheduled transfers and transfer history.
    • Zelle®: An easy way to send money to friends, family, and other people you trust, regardless of where they bank.
    • Pay Bills: Pay your one-time or reoccurring bills using our free Bill Pay service.
    • Pay credit card from an external account: Use the credit card portal to pay your First Entertainment credit card with another bank via ACH (You can make a payment with any First Entertainment account using the transfer option).
    • Wire Money: Send domestic & international wires.
     

    New Loans & Accounts Navigation

    Under the New Loans & Accounts tab, you can apply for all types of loans and open new accounts. 

    • Vehicle Loans: Apply for autos, motorcycles, boats, & RVs.
    • Personal Loans: Apply for union dues, debt consolidation, line of credit & other personal reasons (Such as Education, Auto Repair, Education, Help Family, & Medical).
    • Credit Card Loans: Apply for a new credit card and credit limit increase.
    • Open New Deposit Accounts: Easily open new accounts such as Term Savings Certificate, Special Savings, Money Market, and Checking accounts. You can also check your loan status.

     

    New Financial Wellness Navigation

    Under the Financial Wellness tab, you can...

    • View your spending report, assess your financial wellness by taking a quick financial health survey, and set savings goals.
    • Monitor your credit report, check your credit score, and view your loan offers.
    • Take financial education courses.
    • Apply for a secured credit card loan to build your credit.

     

    New More Services Navigation

    Under the More Services tab, you can...

    • Manage Profile & Security settings: Review login activity, update your username, password, and update contact information such as an address, email, and phone numbers.
    • Set Account Alerts: Set up alerts to notify you of any account access posted to your account such as direct deposits, checks cleared, balance updates, transfer activity, and savings goals
    • Digital Banking News: Review features coming soon and recent updates.
    • Manage your cards: Use the Card Manager tool to manage your Debit/Credit cards including notifying us of your travel plans, canceling your card if you’ve lost it or it has been stolen, and requesting a card replacement. You can even turn your cards “off” to secure them and turn them on only when you need them.  For your Credit Cards, process a balance transfer directly from this option!
    • Contact Us: Send us a secure message to inquire about a transaction or for any assistance you need.
    • Redeem credit card rewards: Check your points earned and or/redeem your credit card rewards.
    • Make an appointment: Arrange an appointment to visit a branch in person or by phone.
    • Set Overdraft Transfer priority: Allows you to set up backup accounts to cover your checking account transactions.
    • Get insurance quote: Get Free Auto, Homeowners, Renters Insurance, or Condo Owner's Insurance quotes.
    • Find ATM/Branch: Locate a First Entertainment branch, a Shared Branch, or an ATM near you (turn on your location setting on your device for the most accurate results).
