What's New with Our Digital Offerings?

It’s been an exciting quarter in terms of upgrades and enhancements in our digital world. You might have noticed a few changes in your online banking account through desktop and/or our mobile banking app.

Mortgage Portal: 

We’ve updated the look and feel to align with our branding. Not to mention, we’ve added a few new features to help you manage your 1st Mortgage, such as:

  • The ability to request an instant payoff quote
  • Access to amortization calculators and visibility to additional information such as your escrow analysis 
  • A “Chat Now” button to instantly get in touch with a representative to answer your questions.

Account Number:

You now have a way to view your full account number and our routing number on desktop and mobile banking app. On desktop, it’s a button located on the right navigation pane titled “View Account Number.” In mobile banking, it’s available through the menu. Refer to this feature to view your full account number and our ABA/routing number to setup direct deposit or to simply link your bank account to make electronic payments.

Visa Statements:

Your Visa Credit Card statements are now available through the eDocuments menu item in the tool bar, under “eStatements & Tax Forms.” You no longer have to go through the Visa Credit Card Portal to view your statements!
