Need to deposit a check but can’t get to a branch or ATM? No big deal. Simply open your First Entertainment Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet, take a picture of the front and back of your check, upload it, and BOOM!!! Your funds are electronically deposited, safely and securely. Funds availability is the same as if you walked the check into a branch or used an ATM!
If you don't already have our Mobile Banking App, you can download it through the links at the bottom of this page. But if you already have our Mobile Banking App it's easy:
From the Mobile Deposit screen select “Start New Deposit.” Note your daily deposit limit, endorse your check, enter your deposit amount, and select the account in which you want to deposit your check.
Photograph the FRONT and BACK of the check by following the on-screen instructions and hit “Next” to move to the verification screen.
At the verification screen, verify your deposit information and hit “Submit” or select the “Edit” button to go back and make any changes.
And that’s it, you’re all set! Review your deposit receipt or select “Make Another Deposit.” You can view any funds subject to a hold in the Pending Transactions menu item under Account Services, or check your available balance on the Account Summary screen.
