Need to deposit a check but can’t get to a branch or ATM? No big deal. Simply open your First Entertainment Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet, take a picture of the front and back of your check, upload it, and boom … your funds are electronically deposited, safe and sound. Funds availability is the same as if you walked the check into a branch or ATM!
If you have our Mobile Banking App it's easy (if you don't have the app, download it from the links at the bottom of this page):
Deposit Step 1
Open the menu at the top left of the screen and select “Mobile Deposit.”
Deposit Step 2
Select “Start New Deposit.” Enter the amount of your check and select which account to deposit your check. Note your deposit daily limit at the top of the screen.
Deposit Step 3
Photograph the FRONT and BACK of the check using our automatic camera technology—no buttons necessary, just follow the on screen instructions. Hit the “Next” button to move onto the verification screen.
Deposit Step 4
At the verification screen, verify your deposit information and hit “Submit” to complete your mobile deposit. Alternatively hit the “Edit” button to go back and make any changes.
Deposit Step 5
And that’s it, you’re all set! Review your deposit receipt and funds availability information or select “Make Another Deposit”. You can view any funds subject to a hold in the “Pending Transactions” menu item under the “Account Services” option in the App, or check your available balance on the Account Summary screen.
