We have staff who are trained to consider your circumstances and to discuss solutions and we can be available to you at your convenience. Once we have a conversation about your specific circumstances, we may request certain supporting documents.

Additional counseling is available through the HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agency. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development funds free or very low cost housing counseling nationwide.
