Make Mobile Deposits with Your Smartphone
If you're an active CU.online user and have a Smartphone with Internet access, you may be able to use First Entertainment's Mobile Banking to make Mobile Deposits! Imagine, putting checks right into your accounts just by taking a picture of the check and uploading it to our system with your Smartphone and First Entertainment's Mobile Banking. It's easy and it's safe.
To make a Mobile Deposit, you must use the First Entertainment Mobile Banking App (version 1.2 or later). You can find links to the correct App for your Smartphone on our Mobile Banking Page
Download the latest App now, or fire it up if you already have it. Below, we've given you step-by-step instructions to help you make your first Mobile Deposit. You can also click the image and see a video that explains the process right on our YouTube channel:
- Select "Mobile Deposit" from the Home Menu
- Select "Make a Mobile Deposit"
- Choose "Deposit to"
- Select the Account for Your Deposit
- Enter the Amount of Your Check and Click "Make Deposit"
- Photograph the Front of the Check –
Select "Take Picture" and "Keep Image"
- Photograph the Back of the Check –
Select "Take Picture" and "Keep Image"
- Review Your Mobile Deposit Information and When You're Ready Select "Make Deposit"
- Wait Just a Few Moments While Your Information is Uploaded
- View Your "Deposit Successful" Receipt
- Return to the "Mobile Deposit" Menu if You Wish to Make Another Deposit

IMPORTANT: You MUST be using App version 1.2 or later to use the Mobile Deposit feature.
